Holiday Lodges

We have a number of Holiday Lodges for hire. These lodges are fitted to a very high standard. Our holiday lodges are detached, full central heating and double glazed with two bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 4 people.

Wyndham Hall Caravan Park in Cockermouth is ideally situated in the North West Lake District for people wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life for a while.

Nothing can compare to walking in both beautiful and tranquil surroundings for relaxation and enjoyment, it's also well situated for golfing enthusiasts, with several courses all within a few miles.

If you fancy eating out or visiting the local pubs, the centre of town is only a short walk away.

Holiday lodges can be hired for a minimum of three nights or by the week at competitive rates from our main office Pets are allowed in all units.

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

KEY DEPOSIT: In addition to the hire charges outlined in the brochure, there is a servicing and cleaning charge of £10.00 per caravan or lodge per booking. This is refunded on departure if the caravan or lodge is left in a clean and serviceable condition without shortages, breakages or damage, or by post if departing before 9:00am Saturday. Remember you will be the incoming tenants on your arrival and will expect to find your caravan or lodge in good order.

EQUIPMENT: There is an inventory of all equipment in each caravan and lodge, this should be checked upon arrival, and any complaints to be reported at reception within one hour and not later than 7:00pm to enable us to deal with the matter as soon as possible. After 7:00pm it cannot be dealt with until the following day.

THE NUMBER OF PERSONS: occupying a caravan or lodge must not exceed the number stated on the Tariff and on the booking form. Each birth is counted as one person.

ACCIDENT LIABILITY: Applicants undertake to indemnify the Management against all liability for loss or damage to persons or property however arising including negligence of the Management, sustained by them, members of their party or guests.

QUIET ENJOYMENT: The Management has the right to require any Hirer and all members of his party to vacate the caravan or lodge and leave the site forthwith if his conduct or that of any member of his party constitutes a nuisance and affects the quiet enjoyment of the park, its facilities and amenities by any other person.

RETURN OF HIRE CHARGES: The Management reserve the right to terminate any hiring and to require a Hirer and all members of his party to vacate the caravan or lodge and quit the site forthwith by returning to the hirer a part of the hire charges he has paid proportional to the unexpired period of hire.

LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY: If for any reason whatsoever, the caravan specified on the confirmation of booking form is not available at the date the hiring is due to commence, the Company shall have the right at their discretion either to substitute another caravan or to cancel the hiring and repay to the Hirer the amount paid by him to the Company which repayment shall be in full settlement of all or any claims.
